Cosmetics label Max Factor has unveiled its new Whipped Creme Foundation set to launch this September. The product offers a lightweight, hydrated formula, designed to leave a demi-matte, shine-free and luminous finish. The foundation combines water and glycerin to moisturise the skin and sillicone mattifiers to reduce shine by diffusing light as its the face.
