Faith Hill at the Disneyland premiere of 'Tomorrowland'

Faith Hill and fellow singer Kellie Pickler will team up on a new daytime talk show.

The 48-year-old country star will executive produce the yet-untitled series, while the 29-year-old American Idol season 5 contestant will host the program with one or two other co-hosts.

"This is a woman of so many talents," Hill said of Pickler. "Kellie is smart, compassionate, funny, quick-witted and has a heart for service ... She possesses the ability to reach far beyond the camera and into the hearts of people, allowing you to feel immediately connected to her."

"She has lots of great ideas," co-executive producer Lisa Erspamer lauded of Hill. "She's also an incredible curator, so I think that's why having her behind the scenes is really valuable for us. Faith coming on board as an executive producer was definitely a big piece of making this work."

The show will film in Nashville, but not focus on country music or celebrity and musical guests. Instead, the series will feature cooking, home design, gardening and entertainment segments, with five to 10 experts in those fields as rotating guests.

Pickler is no stranger to television, having won Dancing with the Stars season 16 and guest-hosted The View and The Chew. In addition, she and husband Kyle Jacobs, a 42-year-old songwriter, will star on the forthcoming CMT reality show I Love Kellie Pickler.
