Chinese President Xi Jinping met today with Norway's Prime Minister Erna Solberg, who is currently visiting Beijing.During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries in various fields. 
The Chinese president expressed the hope that "the two countries would strengthen the mutual political trust," adding that he "appreciates the positive efforts of the Norwegian prime minister and government in settling bilateral relations."
