HE the Foreign Minister of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Tuesday with Uganda's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sam Kutesa. They discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them, in addition to discussing issues of joint interest.
