His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Safriya Palace today Commander of the US Central Command General Joseph Votel on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain to participate in the Manama Dialogue 2017.

HM the King welcomed him, lauding strong and historic relations between Bahrain and the USA mainly in the defence and military cooperation field. He stressed joint keenness to further cement ties between the two friendly countries, praising the role of the US administration in maintaining international peace and security.
