Saudi King receives Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, today received H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, along with representatives of other members of the Gulf Co-operation Council, GCC, participating in the closing ceremony of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival, which began on 19th March.

He also received King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of Qatar Olympic Committee, and Sheikh Saad bin Mohammed Al Saadi, Omani Minister of Sports Affairs.

The festival was held in al-Dhahna, 140 kilometres east of the capital Riyadh, where King Salman inaugurated the Saudi Camel Village, the region's first-of-its-kind facility dedicated to research, traditions, and trade.
