Seoul - Yonhap
South Korea plans to dispatch two special envoys to five African nations this month as part of efforts to broaden ties with parts of the continent that it has had little exchange with, Seoul\'s foreign ministry said Tuesday.
The ministry will send the foreign minister\'s special envoys -- former Ambassador to Algeria Chung Hae-woong and former Ambassador to Morocco Park Jae-seon -- to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Algeria, Morocco, Togo and Benin, countries that have had few exchanges with South Korea so far.
