The UAE Embassy in Mauritania distributed sacrificial meat to dozens of poor families in the Gorgol Region on Eid al-Adha, which was organised by Eisa Abdullah Masoud Al Kalabani, UAE Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, funded the distribution project, which is part of an annual charity event organised by the embassy that aims to reduce poverty in the poorest regions of Mauritania.

The beneficiaries thanked the UAE’s leadership, government and people for this humanitarian gesture, which reflects its ongoing desire to help needy people, especially on religious occasions
