Egyptian Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar

Egypt, Kuwait and Jordan agreed to form a unified intellectual front against terrorism and extremism.
Egyptian Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar told MENA that the anti-terrorism document call on the Arab League to address each state through its institutions concerned to hold a periodical meeting of Arab Awqaf ministers to develop religious discourse to face extremism at this critical stage in the history of the Islamic nation.
The document was ratified on the sidelines of the international conference on the role of women in charity.
The document also calls for benefiting from clerics who speak more than one language to convey a true image of Islam.
