Amman - Arab Today
A total of 305 Syrian refugees of different age groups entered Jordan over the past 24 hours, the Jordanian Armed Forces said on Wednesday.
They were placed at shelters and camps set up to receive them.
Medical services and necessary first aid for emergency cases were provided.
The Arab country is giving shelter to about 700,000 Syrian refugees, who have been streaming into Jordan since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in March 2011, according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
