Jordanian King, Palestinian President discuss peace efforts

King Abdullah II of Jordan on Wednesday discussed with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas efforts to push the peace process forward within the continued coordination between the two sides.

According to Jordan News Agency, King Abdullah and Abbas, during a telephone conversation, also reviewed efforts to re-launch peace talks between the Palestinians and Israelis based on the two-state solution, especially in the light of the visit of Jared Kushner, Senior Adviser to the US President, and a US administration delegation to the region.
