The United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh today held separate bilateral meetings with the Yemeni parties to discuss political, security and humanitarian issues tabled before Kuwaiti-sponsored peace talks. 
The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported that the UN Envoy discussed with representatives of the Yemeni parties articles set by the UN to achieve a peaceful political transition in Yemen in accordance with the UN Security Council resolutions, the GCC initiative and the final recommendations of the Yemen's national dialogue conference.
