After the third session of the Joint Economic Committee between Morocco and Hungary, chaired by the State Secretary in charge of Foreign Trade, Rokaya Derham, the Hungarian State Secretary in Charge of Economic Diplomacy, Levent MacIAR, said that his visit to Morocco aims to exchange experiences, adding that publications on industrial policy, and agreements on cultural and economic cooperation were signed.

He added that Hungary plans to invest $ 600 million in Morocco in the coming years, stressing that through this investment, Morocco and Hungary can reach very concrete targets in the coming years, adding that his country seeks to harness all the "energy, attention and effort" to advance the relations of cooperation and partnership with Morocco, noting that these relations between the two countries "today reached a new stage did not reach before.

He added that Morocco and Hungary are now developing their relations intensively, expressing his country's desire to pay the tourist flows between the two countries through the opening of a direct air link connecting Casablanca and Budapest.

He stressed that his country has a desire to strengthen cooperation with Morocco in the field of agriculture through the completion of concrete projects, stressing that "agriculture and tourism are a focal point in this cooperation.

He said that his country is interested in raising the quota of Moroccan students in Hungary by allocating 100 seats. He pointed out that a Moroccan delegation is expected next year to visit Hungary to complete the negotiations launched today between the economic actors of both countries
