Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Dr. Juma'a bin Ahmed Al Ka'abi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Malaysian Ministry of Rural and Regional Development to boost municipal cooperation between both countries.
It was concluded in the presence of Director General of the Northern Region Municipality Yousef Al Ghatam, Advisor for Municipal Councils Affairs Abdulrahman Al Hassan and officials from the Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry.
