Jungle Restaurant
Muscat - Arab Today

Must Eat: The Jungle Grill

Price: OMR 6.500

What Is It?

These are different types kebabs. This is a signature experience at the Jungle where they create a camp fire atmosphere for family and friends at your own dining table. A secret compartment in each dining table has a personal grill inside to grill your own kebabs. There are 13 different varieties of veg and non veg kebabs to choose from. You can select any five. The camel kebab is tender meat from Salalah and is well marinated with Omani spices. Each skewer has 3 pieces. Kakori kabab, Chicken tikka, machi tikka adraki and Turkish grill are the other kebabs on the skewers that are worth trying.

Also Try

Authentic fish curry with small pieces of fish served with rice. Choose your spiciness according to your palate. The Jungle butter chicken which is boneless chicken tikka in a rich tomato gravy served with naan or rice of your choice. The tribal passion pizza and the Quattro formaggi where four different kinds of cheese like mozzarella, parmesan, gouda, and blue cheese are used is definitely to try. The T-bone steak sizzler which is a 12oz T-bone with seasonal vegetables and French fries is something to sizzle about. I loved their desserts of fried ice cream which was served on mars bars, whipped cream and strawberry coulis and the chocolate molten lava with vanilla ice cream was to die for.

What’s Special

You will love the beautiful rainforest theme ambience surrounding the restaurant. The walk through the exotic jungle garden to reach the restaurant is lovely. The grill on your table and the hospitality of the restaurant is something I would love to experience again and again.
