Renault\'s unique Twizy available to reserve online

Renault will have two versions of Twizy on display at the Barcelona Motor Show, both powered by a 17hp motor: Urban and Technic. With UK prices from only £6,690 on-the-road for arguably one of the year’s most eagerly-awaited vehicles, Renault looks set to send shockwaves through the industry, as well as the corridors of rival city car and scooter manufacturers. In higher specification Technic trim it will cost £7,400. The monthly battery lease cost for both versions will be £40 including VAT for a 36 month/4,800 miles per year agreement. Reservations for Twizy can now be made online at www.renault-ze.com Customers can now pre-reserve their Twizy online at www.renault-ze.com. This requires a £20 deposit via a secure online payment module. Customers who pre-reserve their Twizy will be contacted on a priority basis when the car goes on sale with a view to confirming their order. The renault-ze.com website is available in 38 countries and has already received more than five million visits, a figure which provides a dramatic illustration of the interest motorists are showing in the Renault Z.E. programme.
