Vice - President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, Saturday met with the Ethiopian Prime Minister, Haile-Mariam Desalen, on the sidelines of the IGAD summit in Nairobi.
In a press statement, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Kamal-Eddin Ismail, said that Hassabo and the Ethiopian Prime Minister have discussed issues on the bilateral relations and the situation at the region.
He said that they also reviewed the efforts of the two countries for realizing peace in South Sudan, adding that Hassabo and Desalen have shared identical views in this regard.
