Sudanese media delegation praises cultural renaissance in Sharjah

A Sudanese media delegation has praised the cultural renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Sharjah under the directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
This came during their visit to the Sharjah Department of Culture and Information today, and meetings with the department's heads and officials.
The delegation praised the dynamic personality of H.H. the Ruler of Sharjah, the pioneer of cultural renaissance locally, regionally and internationally, and his creative achievements in theater, history and other cultural fields.
The delegation was briefed on the department since its establishment and the cultural achievements in Sharjah, which enabled it to assume its cultural advanced position worldwide, and wins the titles of the Arab Capital of Culture 1998, Capital of Islamic Culture 2015, Capital of Arab Tourism, Capital of Arab Press, Child Friendly City, and World Book Capital 2019.
