Gigi Hadid named the new face of Maybelline

NEW YORK, Jan. 14 (UPI) -- Gigi Hadid is the new face of Maybeline cosmetics.
The 19-year-old model announced the news on social media early Wednesday, stating on Twitter she was "beyond honored and excited" for her new partnership with the brand.
"Thank you so much to my team at @imgmodels for believing in me & helping make this happen...," she added.
Hadid also shared the news on Instagram where she posted a short clip with the announcement.
