Azhar university warns against electioneering inside campus

The president of Al Azhar University warned staff and students of using the university for any campaigning for candidates who will run in parliamentary elections in March.
In a statement on Thursday, Abdel Hai Azab stressed that political wrangling should be kept out of the university.
He also warned of strict measures that could be adopted against violators, but did not provide any details on what these might be.
