
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab attended Wednesday the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Higher Education Ministry and the Social Fund for Development (SFD) to support micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and encourage youths to be self-employed.
Higher Education Minister Ahmed Abdel Khaleq and SFD Secretary General Soha Soliman attended the MoU.
The MoU aims to spread the culture of self employment and entrepreneurship among students of universities and institutes through holding symposiums and meetings, the higher education minister said during signing the MoU.
