OFID Director-General Meets Qatar's Ambassador

Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) Suleiman Jasir Al Herbish met with HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of Austria Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani.
During the meeting, they reviewed OFID's performance in supporting development and humanitarian work in developing countries through the implementation and financing of a number of sustainable development projects, as well as discussed the prospects of future cooperation with the State of Qatar.
HE the Ambassador praised OFID's important role and contribution to the achievement of sustainable and equitable development in developing nations. He also stressed the importance of consolidating the prospects of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the OPEC Fund for International Development.
