Premier welcomes broadening Bahraini-Chinese cooperation

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, today at Qudaibiya Palace, received Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain, Qi Zhenhong, and highlighted the depth of bilateral friendship relations and cooperation, which reflect joint keenness to further boost cooperation in various fields. 

HRH Prime Minister stressed Bahrain’s interest in enhancing strategic cooperation with its friends and allies, including China, which is a powerful political and economic power of a growing influence and effective roles in facing global issues and challenges.

HRH Premier said the existing global challenges require establishing bridges of cooperation among countries to push forward with achieving common goals, promoting security, stability and development efforts in the interest of humankind. 

He lauded the Chinese Ambassador’s efforts in reinforcing the Bahraini-Chinese cooperation, wishing him success in his future diplomatic missions. 

The Chinese Ambassador expressed appreciation of HRH Premier’s interest in bolstering cooperation between the two friendly countries. He underlined his country’s welcome to the bilateral friendship relations, wishing Bahrain more advancement and wellbeing.
