Arab League Chief Nabil el Araby will meet on Thursday with UN Special Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed.
They will discuss ways of ending the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Yemen.
The meeting comes a few days after the collapse of a humanitarian truce announced by Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi.
Yemen has been engulfed in conflicts between Houthis and the government forces since early 2015.
In late March, a Saudi-led coalition of Arab countries began launching airstrikes against Houthi positions in Yemen at the request of the Yemeni president.
