
Prime Minister Ibahim Mahlab held a ministerial meeting on Sunday in preparation for the upcoming official visits by Chinese officials to Egypt, said spokesman for the cabinet Hossa Al-Qaweesh.
During the meeting, Mahlab underlined the importance of following up memorandum of understandings signed between Egypt and China during President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to China.
An invitation will be extended to a Chinese delegation to visit Egypt to agree on projects that will be floated during international economic conference, slated for March 13-15.
Present at the meeting were the ministers of international cooperation, trade, industry, petroleum, health, electricity, transportation.
