The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al- Zayani met the European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management, Christos Stylianides in Kuwait yesterday on the sidelines of the Third International Conference for Donors to Support the Humanitarian Situation in Syria.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the GCC States and the European Union in the areas of humanitarian affairs and crisis management, as well as the humanitarian situations of Syrian refugees, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
