Iraqi president meets UN chief in Baghdad

Iraqi President Fuad Masum met on Monday with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for talks over security and political developments in Iraq.
Talks cover the current war against Daesh militant group that now controls swaths in Syria and Iraq.
Ban arrived here earlier in the day on an official visit. He is expected to meet with Iraqi Parliament Speaker Selim Gabouri, Prime Minister Haider al Abadi and other senior officials.
