
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab returned to Cairo on Thursday wrapping up a two-day official visit to Jordan.
During his visit, Mahlab led a ministerial delegation to the 25th meeting of the high Egyptian-Jordanian committee, which was held in Amman.
King Abdullah II of Jordan received Mahlab at al Hosseinieh Palace in the presence of Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour.
Mahlab and Ensour, who co-chaired the committee's meeting, signed 10 agreements to boost cooperation in trade, transportation, investment, agriculture, among other fields.
The Egyptian delegation comprised the ministers of electricity, petroleum, transport, industry and manpower.
