However, the clashes decreased in the vicinity of the Vehicles Department and other areas within it between the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, while it turned out that the 6 casualties who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes which bombarded areas in the town of Mdira near the Vehicles Department in the Eastern Ghouta; are a man and his wife and 4 of their children, the bombing has also caused the injury of 17 other persons at least.

Raising to 77 including 14 children under the age of eighteen, 7 citizens over the age of eighteen and 4 members of the Civil Defense, the number of people who have been killed since Tuesday the 14th of November 2017, where 17 citizens were killed today, Sunday, and they are 5 civilians including a child were killed in missile shelling on Douma city, and 4 citizen were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Mesraba town, and 6 citizens were killed in airstrikes on Mdira town, and a member of the Civil Defense was killed in a rocket shelling on Hamuriya, and a man died affected by an injury he had in the rocket shelling on Douma.

Also, explosions were heard at the outskirts of the capital Damascus, caused by the fall of shells on areas in the neighborhood of Esh Al-Warwar in ​​Barza area, which caused material damage and injured at least one person.

According to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the explosions were caused by the fall of shells on areas in Mazzeh in the capital and other areas in Jaramana Suburb near Damascus, which caused casualties, where two persons at least were killed and 8 others at least were injured in the Mazzeh area, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, raising to 16 at least.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that the death toll is continuing to increase with the continuation of the warplanes to target Idlib and Hama provinces, and as a result of the continuous escalation of raids by the Russian as well as the regime’s warplanes and helicopters, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the 19th of September 2017 until today the 28th of September 2017 at least 135 casualties, including 44 children below the age of eighteen and 34 women over the age of eighteen, who were killed in air strikes on the western villages of Jisr al-Shughour and the cities, towns and villages of Khan Shaykoun and Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Tamanah, Kafrnboda, al-Sahriyah, al-Latmanah, Saraqeb, al-Tah, Kafrsajnah, Sarja, Dana.
