Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni

Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni arrived in Tripoli, marking the first visit by a European official to Libya since a UN-backed government was formed.
Libyan officials said Gentiloni was received at Matiga airport by a deputy of Fayez Serraj, the head of the unity government.
Gentiloni is scheduled to meet with Serraj.
