Egyptian Actress Nelly Karim expressed her pleasure for the increasing success of her TV drama show “For the Highest Price”, saying that the series managed to attract the attention of a large number of audience during the latest drama season of Ramadan. She added that she was keen to follow the fans’ reactions to her role, saying that all reactions she received over her role in the TV drama show were positive.
She added that the Arab woman should separate between her relations with her friends on one hand and her personal life with her husband and family on the other hand. She added that the woman also should work to keep her beauty before her husband even if she trusts him.
Regarding the reactions to slapping her husband during the series, she said that such a slap was a normal reaction to his treason, saying that it could be happen from any woman finding her husband on bed with another woman. She expressed her pleasure that the slap left positive reaction among the women who follow the drama show during the current period.
She denied what was published over her differences with Egyptian actress Zeina, saying that what was published in this regard are unfounded rumors. She stressed that she keeps good relations with her colleagues praising the efforts they exerted to meet the aspirations of all fans in all over the Arab world. She expressed appreciation to her cooperation with Egyptian actor Mohamed Fahmy, describing him as wonderful actor and fantastic singer.
She explained that she loves every director who worked with him, such as Abu Zekri and Mohammed Diab, and others. As for her study of art, she said that she studied only at the Higher Institute of Ballet.
Regarding the balance between the cinema and drama, she explained that she does not think in this way, but that the subject that convinces her is filmed, whether it is cinema or television. As for spending her spare time, she explained that she is a very normal person who likes to go out and stay with her children and then have a lot of hobbies such as reading, traveling and playing.
Regarding to the show’s introduction, she said that the song was very beautiful, praising the performance of Lebanese singer Nawal Al-Zoghbi. She said that the song performed a major role in the notable success of the series as whole. She added that the song managed to achieve increasing popularity among the fans in all over the Arab world.
She expressed frustration for her failure to follow any of the drama works currently presented during the current drama season of Ramadan, saying that she is extremely preoccupied the remaining scenes of her role in the series. She revealed that she has only two days to end the filming of her role.
