The National Yemeni army was able to liberate mountain Anan and the mountain chain overlooking the Rabua marketplace which is located on Taz- Aden road south of Taiz, in the south side of the capital Sanaa.
A Yemini military source said in a statement to the Yemeni news agency that four Houthi and Saleh's militants were killed and five others were injured in clashes with the national army in Taiz, while the militants responded by shelling residential districts after their losses of lives on several fronts.
The source addde that national army units were able to fail the militants' attempts to take over the liberated districts east of Taiz, and forced them to recede after inflicting heavy losses upon them .
Furthermore, the national army artillery blew up sets belonging to the coup south of Taiz.
