Bashir: National dialouge document to be made avaliable for any parties which want to join

The national dialogue document will be made available for any opposition parties that want to join in, said Sudanese President Omar al Bashir.
Addressing a rally in Khartoum, Bashir said that the Sudanese nation has made a new history, adding that October 10 will be a national occasion to be celebrated every year.
The National Dialogue Conference aimed at drafting a new Sudanese national constitution.
During Sunday’s session, headed by Bashir, leaders of political parties and armed groups signed a national document setting the foundation of drafting the country’s permanent constitution.
