Hassabo Calls for Efforts to Realize Peace and Stability in Abyei Area

President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, has called for exerting efforts to realize peace, stability and development at Abyei area.
Addressing Monday at the Republican Palace the joint supervisory committee for Abyei, Hassabo has called for concern with helping the refugees and the returnees from South Sudan State.
In a press statement, the chairman of the joint supervisory committee for Abyei, Engineer Hassan Nimir, said that the meeting has discussed the provision of services, the contributions for realizing stability and the role of the international forces in keeping security.
He indicated that the meeting has affirmed the importance of maintaining cooperation with the concerned ministries and organs for extending basic services for the citizens at the area of Abyei.
Nimir said that the meeting has underscored the importance of support to the native administration and opening the markets for realizing more stability at the area.
