As many as 10 Daesh suspects, including a suicide bomber who was wearing an explosive vest, have been captured by the Turkish security forces at Syrian border of southeastern Turkish Gaziantep province.
According to a statement from the provincial governor's office, the group consisted of 13 suspects, but three of them escaped. Two of them were wounded during their arrest, Turkish newspaper "Yeni Safak" reported.
Previously on Friday, four terror suspects, including one terrorist from the Democratic Union Party (PYD) terrorist group, the Syrian affiliate of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), were captured in the southeastern Turkish province of Hakkari.
Turkey, which shares a 900-kilometer border with Syria, has been a transit point for foreigners trying to enter Syria from Turkey or Turkey from Syria illegally to join various terrorist groups.
