Three people were killed and four others were injured in a road accident that occurred early Sunday morning on Rabat-Salé highway.
The accident took place at 6a.m. (GMT) in rural commune “Ameur” following a collision between a truck and a car, local authorities said.
According to the same source, the car’s driver (46) died on the spot while a 24-year-old woman and her one-year-old baby died of their injuries at Salé’s Moulay Abdellah hospital.
The truck’s driver, a 38-year-old woman and two children aged 11 and 6, were injured in the accident.
The wounded were rushed into Salé’s Moulay Abdellah hospital.
