Salva Kiir congratulates Sudanese president on election win

Sudanese President Omar al Bashir received on Sunday a cable from his South Sudanese counterpart Salva Kiir Mayardit on the occasion of his victory in the elections.
In his congratulatory cable, the South Sudanese leader expressed keenness on bolstering ties with Sudan in all fields.
Official results of the Sudanese elections were announced on Monday by the National Elections Commission, declaring Bashir the winner by 94.5 % of votes.
