Egyptian Ambassador in Amman Tarek Adel received condolences for victims of the attack on the Boutroseya Church Tuesday night at the Coptic Orthodox Church in the Jordanian capital.
Members of the Egyptian community were also present.
Adel called the attack on a place of worship a heinous act.
Bishop Antonois, the head of the Coptic Orthodox denomination in Jordan, prayed for the victims and for Egypt.
