Caitlyn Jenner ambushed by trans woman over Trump

Reality TV personality Caitlyn Jenner was ambushed by a trans woman over her supporting US President Donald Trump.

Jenner, 67, was attending the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles on August 26 when she was confronted by Ashlee Marie Preston.

The activist and journalist found it “ridiculous” that Jenner, a trans woman herself, allegedly continues to support Trump after he authorised banning trans people from serving in the military on Friday.

“You’re a [expletive] fraud and a fake,” said Preston.

In the video posted on Preston’s Facebook page, Jenner stood in the audience as Preston approached the celebrity formerly known as Bruce Jenner.

As Jenner went in for a hug, Preston began to berate the former for what she believes is a wrongdoing to the trans community.

“You continue to support somebody that does everything with the military to erase our community. It’s really [expletive] up that you continue to support him,” she added.

After remaining silent for a moment, Jenner asked, “Are you done?”

“No I’m not done. I’m not done. It’s [expletive] ridiculous. You’re a [expletive] fraud,” Preston retorted as bystanders tried to defuse the situation.

Jenner has been an outspoken advocate for Trump.

In March 2016, Jenner gave her thoughts about Trump on her show I Am Cait, saying, “I think he would be very good for women’s issues.”
