Car bomb blast reported in southern Iraq
Baghdad - MENA
A booby-trapped car went off close to a checkpoint in Muthanna Governorate in southern Iraq, leaving several people dead and injured, a security source said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, two cafes in Basra city, south Iraq, were rocked by two explosive devices planted by unknown men, the security source added.
The terrorist attacks left no casualties, the source asserted.
