Iraqi jets on Tuesday raided several Daesh terrorist hotbeds in Anbar and Salahuddin provinces.
A statement by the Iraqi Defense Ministry reported that the raids destroyed houses sheltering terrorists and car bombs.
A number of Daesh terrorists were killed in the raids, the statement added.
Meanwhile, Popular Mobilization Forces foiled an attack by Daesh militants, using car bombs, on a Baiji district, where dozens of terrorists were killed and several vehicles destroyed.
