Wall Street stocks narrowly finished at records Wednesday after a bullish oil market forecast pushed petroleum-linked equities sharply higher.
For the second day in a row, all three major indices were at new peaks at the market's close, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.2 percent to 22,156.39.
The broad-based S&P 500 rose 0.1 percent to 2,498.18, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 0.1 percent to 6,460.19.
