Syrian governmental regime clashes with factions in Damascus

A citizen was killed and several others were injured as a result of the fall of a shell on al-Bardah area in Rif Dimashq, which is under the control of the regime forces, while the regime forces launched at least two missiles on areas in Harasta city in the Eastern Ghouta, which caused the death of a man and a child and injuring others, also the clashes renewed sporadically between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against fighters of al-Rahman Corps, in areas in the vicinity of AlMotahalik AlJanobi from the side of Ein Tarma and Jobar, amid exchange of targetign between both parties.
The regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on areas in the town of Naemeh in the eastern the countryside of Daraa, and no information about casualties. The regime forces shelled areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, which caused damage to the property of citizens, no information about injuries.
The regime forces opened fire of heavy machine guns on areas in al-Rastan city in the northern countryside of Homs, and no information about casualties, also the violent clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in the triangle of Shaer – al-Somariyyeh – Jeb al-Jarrah in the eastern countryside of Homs, accompanied by raids by warplanes on areas controlled by the organization in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid information about advancement of the organization in the area.
On the other hand, The Arab Council in Euphrates and Al-Jazeera issued its statement No. 1 concerning the current situation in the provinces of Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor and the Syrian Observatory obtained it, it reads: 
“Statement No. At a time when the Deir Ezzor and Al-Raqqah provinces are under the worst forms of suffering witnessed by contemporary history.
The vocabularies of death, destruction, homelessness and displacement have become repetitive letters of everyday words of the Euphrates area, all which is met by a horrifying funerary silence by regional and international powers, as well as the traditional forces of the Syrian opposition.
In the face of the distressing events in Jazeera and Euphrates, where the conflict intensifies over the civilians in a clear violation to the most simple rules of international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians during the armed conflicts.
We in the “Arab Council in Al-Jazeera and Euphrates” –the brothers in blood and distress– have gone beyond issuing a statement of condemnation or denunciation of what is going on in our areas, putting our misfortunes and calamities at the table of the civilized world, in which the meanings of humanity have become measured by the countries’ self-interests, which is threatening our existence socially, demographically and geographically.
And because we believe that great dilemmas are the most appropriate opportunity for the great solutions, we find it an opportunity to get over the wounds, and to call for working together and to get involved in our newborn Council, as the first social political gathering choses to take care of the sufferings and distresses of people of the eastern area, getting away of ideological calculations and alignments, which had shared our blood in the stock exchange of the regional and international interests.
And it is a covenant and charter of work from the “Sons of al-Deireh” who started their movement since the first day of the emergence of the “Arab Council in Al-Jazeera and Euphrates” by meeting with the Secretary General of the League of Arab States, and communication with the envoy of the Russian President to the Middle East Mikhail Bogdananov, and meeting with the Special Envoy of the US President in the International Coalition Brett Mcgurk, to say to every near and far that we are right holders, and no right shall die as long as there are people demanding it.
