Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, has received a telephone call from US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, according to Saudi Press Agency.
During the telephone conversation, King Salman congratulated Tillerson on his appointment as Secretary of State of the United States.
Tillerson hailed the leading role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in ensuring stability and peace in the region and the world.
He stressed on the importance of working with the Kingdom to develop a comprehensive plan to strengthen bilateral relations in the field of military cooperation and counter-terrorism, as well as strengthening the economic ties.
They reviewed the historical and strategic relations between the two countries, and ways to develop them to serve the common interests of both countries.
