Fujairah Ruler orders release of 47 prisoners on Eid al-Adha

H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has ordered the release of 47 prisoners who showed good conduct during their sentences in punitive and reformative establishments, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
The Fujairah Ruler's humanitarian gesture to pardon the prisoners comes in line with his keenness to give them the chance to reintegrate into society and bring happiness to their families.
Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, extended his thanks and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, expressing his hope that this gesture will give the pardoned prisoners a chance to re-join their families and friends and begin a new chapter in their lives.
