
Assistant Foreign Minister Hisham Badr received on Thursday the Special Envoy for Migration of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bram van Ojik and his accompanying delegation.
The Dutch delegation started a four-day visit to Cairo on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Badr asserted Egypt's stance concerning the illegal migration phenomenon by solving the problems leading to it.
He also stressed the importance of solving the crisis by developing the source and crossing countries via attracting investments and providing more job opportunities for youths and more legal migration opportunities.
The meeting also reviewed Egypt's efforts in combating illegal migration and human trafficking.
Meanwhile, the Dutch delegation hailed Egypt's efforts aiming to fight such phenomena.
