Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi has received a written message from his Chadian counterpart Idriss Deby, pertaining to the relations between the two countries.
The message was received by Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui during his meeting here today with his Chadian counterpart Moussa Mohammed Chad, who is also Chad's candidate for the presidency of the African Union.
