Arab Parliament Speaker Ahmed al Jarwan accused on Monday the international community of failing to handle the Syrian crisis.
"Handing over our Arab files to the international community leads to procrastination in solving the crisis," Jarwan told reporters after an urgent meeting of the Arab Parliament's political committee.
"The dialogues should be among Arabs," he said, stressing that an Arab country should host an inter-Arab dialogue and another inter-Syrian one.
He called for spreading an Arab force to maintain the truce in Syria.
