The First Vice - President of the Republic and National Prime Minister, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, will lead Sudan delegation for the African - European Summit, scheduled in Cote d'Iviore by the end of current November.
The First Vice - President and National Prime Minister received in his office Sunday the Foreign Minister, Prof. Ibrahim Ghandour, and discussed the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the past period for boosting Sudan foreign relations.
In a press statement after the meeting, Prof. Ghandour said that the meeting has dealt with the coming visit of the First Vice - President and National Prime Minister to Cote d'Ivoire, indicating that the summit will discuss the relations between the African and European countries.
He said that the meeting also reviewed the preparations for the coming visit of the First Vice - President and National Prime Minister to the Arab Republic of Egypt on the invitation of the Egyptian Prime Minister.
The Foreign Minister said that he also informed the First Vice - President and National Prime Minister about progress of the dialogue with the United States.
