The death toll of Egyptian pilgrims rose on Sunday to 21, Chief Executive of the Egyptian Hajj mission Sayed Maher said.
In statements to MENA, Maher added that all of the deceased have been buried in Saudi Arabia upon acceptance from their families.
There are 19 other pilgrims who are receiving medical treatment at hospitals, he said, noting that they will be moved by ambulances to Mount Arafat to complete their Hajj rituals.
He said Egyptian pilgrims are in a good condition with no epidemic or infectious diseases reported among them.
